The ELSNER 60187 control system, called WS1 Style, is a complete solution for managing shading, ventilation, heating, air conditioning and lighting.

Key Features

This system is characterized by an extremely flat design, thanks to the magnetic mount, and includes a glass panel with a 5.7-inch touch screen display.

Operating Modes

In sleep mode, the display can display current weather data, be turned off or reduced to a minimum to save energy and not disturb the room environment.

Languages and Multimedia Features

The display is available in several languages, including English, German, French and Italian. In addition, it offers an SD card picture frame function.

Exits and Income

The system has 0-4 outputs for drives (depending on the model), which can be used for 230 V or potentially free drives, suitable for curtains, blinds, windows and sliding doors. There are also 2 multifunctional outputs for heating, air conditioning, supply air, alarm systems, lighting, gutter heating or dimmers.

The 2 multifunctional inputs can be used for motion detectors, smoke detectors, climate control detectors (independent heating/air conditioning status), closed contacts (for sliding doors) or pulses for automatic resets.

Centralized Control

The system allows the centralized control of multiple drives in a group of drives using the IMSG 230 motor control unit. The individual drives can be operated manually using additional buttons.

Specialized Shading Functions

The system includes functions for automatically adjusting the angle of the blades for the blinds, calculating the position of the sun based on the location, date and time to optimize the entry of light without direct exposure to the sun. 'Slat Turning' and 'Canvas Tightening' functions are also available for blinds and curtains, respectively, to correct the position after a movement, necessary for some specific shading motors.

Sensors and Automatisms

The system includes an indoor radio-controlled sensor for measuring air temperature and humidity, with wireless data transfer to the central unit. It is possible to set automatic resets after manual operations, with a time delay (for example, 20 minutes after the manual operation) or a fixed time point (for example, at 3 in the morning).

Personalization and Security

All drives and units can be named individually (for example, “East Blind”). The settings menu can be protected with an access code to prevent unauthorized changes.

The function of the arrow keys can be adapted to the actual direction of movement (manual direction), for example for shutters that extend from bottom to top.
