The APD-200 Pet Detector is designed to work as part of the ABAX 2 / ABAX two-way wireless system. Meets EN 50131 Grade 2 requirements.

It is equipped with quadruple pyro element, next-generation detection algorithm and dynamic temperature compensation, which ensure effective motion detection. APD-200 Pet supervises the motion detection system: if the system does not work properly, it will send an alarm. The device is equipped with the PET function, so the movement of pets (up to 20 kg) does not trigger the alarm.

Configuring the detector and updating its firmware can be done remotely. Radio communication within the ABAX 2 system is encrypted using the AES standard.

LED indicators show violations in the test mode, thus facilitating the process of testing the detector.

The detector is powered by a 3V CR123A battery, the status of which is monitored in real time. The device is characterized by low power consumption. Furthermore, the “ECO” mode (only in ABAX 2) further extends the battery life by up to four times without having to replace it.

The detector is equipped with tamper protection against opening and removal from the support.
