PRF-LCD-A2 is a wireless keypad for the PERFECTA 64 M control panel that can be combined with one of the two receivers of the ABAX 2 bidirectional system: ACU-220 or ACU-280. The radio system uses encrypted two-way communication in the 868 MHz frequency band. It has large buttons and an LCD display with LED indicators that clearly indicate the system status. In addition to the numeric keys, the keyboard has quick buttons for total and partial arming in the two sun and moon modes and for activating three alarms: panic, fire and medical.

PRF-LCD-A2 has an integrated proximity reader for system operations such as arming, disarming, canceling alarms or controlling connected devices.

The keyboard is powered by two 3V CR123A batteries, whose charge status is monitored by the alarm system which signals when to change the batteries. PRF-LCD-A2 can operate in active or passive mode (sleep mode for energy saving). It is also possible to power the keyboard locally using the APS-055 flush-mounted 5 V DC power supply. In this case, when the keyboard is in active mode, it has the same functions as a wired keyboard. The batteries are used exclusively in the event of a mains power failure.
