EELECTRON TC57A01KNX FANCOIL KNX UNIVERSAL CONTROLLER

The EELECTRON TC57A01KNX device is an EIB/KNX DIN rail actuator designed for the control of fan coil units. This device is ideal for residential, hotel and commercial building applications.

• 3 0-10 V outputs
• 3 relays of 16 A each

Exit Management

Two of the 0-10 V outputs are dedicated to the management of proportional valves, while the third 0-10 V output can be used for variable speed management or, alternatively, through the 3 relays present. Relays, if not used for speed regulation, can also activate lights or other loads.

Inputs and Sensors

The device includes an input for reading 0-10 V or 4-20 mA signals, allowing the interface with external probes for measuring temperature, humidity, CO2, etc. The third 0-10 V output can also be configured as an input.

In addition, 5 digital inputs are available for free potential contacts, useful for connecting buttons, window contacts, alarms; 2 of these inputs can be connected to NTC temperature probes (EELECTRON codes TS00A01ACC and TS00B01ACC).

Control Logic

The internal logic of the device manages 2 or 4-tube fan coils with a two-stage PI algorithm. The sophisticated parameterization allows its use in modern systems that require a differentiation of behavior between speed and valves, independent regulation, ventilation to avoid air stratification and logic for the efficient maintenance of comfort and energy savings.
