EELECTRON IO12F01KNX 12-CHANNEL KNX ACTUATOR

The IO12F01KNX device by Eelectron is a universal DIN module designed to be integrated into domestic and industrial automation systems based on the KNX protocol. This actuator features 12 16A-230V AC relay outputs, which can be configured in different ways to meet various control needs.

Output Configurations

• 12 outputs for controlling lights and loads
• 12 channels for PWM valve control
• 6 channels for controlling shutters and blinds
• 6 channels for 3-way valve control
• 3 2-tube fan coil actuators or 2 4-tube fan coil actuators

In addition, it is possible to combine 2 or 3 relays with logical interlock for the control of 4-tube or 3-speed fan coils, or combine groups of relays (up to 6) for special functions with logical interlock.

Inputs and Functionality

The device includes 12 inputs that can be connected to buttons, switches, or configured as outputs to activate individual signal LEDs. These inputs support on/off, dimming, shutters or blinds, scenarios, sequences and step-by-step commands.

Analog Inputs

• 4 inputs (out of the 12 available) are configurable as analog for connecting NTC temperature probes, allowing up to 4 temperature measurements to be sent to the KNX bus.
• It is possible to enable 3 complete thermostat modules combined with inputs 1, 2 and 7.
• Input 2 can be enabled as a thermostat if inputs 3÷6 are not used; each thermostat module manages 2 stages with integrated PI controller for controlling heating and cooling equipment.

Other Features

The IO12F01KNX-SD version includes a microSD card reader, which allows you to save the device's programming and restore it to an identical device, avoiding field programming or allowing a quick recovery in the event of a failure.

The device is designed to be mounted on a 2-module English, German or Italian box and has dimensions of 96 x 96 x 36 mm. The power supply is via the EIB/KNX bus with a voltage of 21 ÷ 32 Vdc.
