Tul 500 EN is an additional 27.6 V 5 A power supply that is always active, able to guarantee the total autonomy of security systems thanks to an immediate intervention time.
In the absence of a 220V network, in fact, the power is supplied instantly by the batteries of the power supply.
The beating heart of Venitem's Tul 500 EN is a current-limited switching power supply with a microcontroller supervision circuit and electronic fuses for automatic recovery. The device is able to constantly monitor its functions and the efficiency of the internal resistance and batteries to evaluate their aging. The Tul 500 EN power supply is EN54-4 certified for fire fighting systems and EN12101-10 for smoke and heat evacuation and control (EFC) systems. The

design reveals all the robustness of this power supply: a single, compact body protected by an anti-opening tamper, contained in a polyester-painted metal box equipped with a backlit screen-printed diagnostic mask to report battery status, faults and anomalies.

The power supply reports fault indications through the LEDs on the front panel through a clean-contact relay in the following cases:

, Tul 500 EN, is equipped with 3 independent outputs equipped with electronic protection fuses, and 1 output dedicated to charging

the battery, equipped with the circuit to compensate for

temperature. Special attention has been given by Venitem to protection against reverse polarity, short circuit or total disconnection of the battery, in which cases the Tul 500 EN power supply is able to supply current equally.
