Trichloromethane based narcotic gas detector

DG-1 TCM is a microprocessor-based detector of narcotic gases (e.g. trichloromethane vapor). It is recommended to install it, e.g. in bedrooms, watchman's rooms, and places where thieves may try to use narcotic gas before theft. Due to the nature of narcotic gases, which are heavier than air, the detector should be installed low, just above the floor of the monitored room. The digital gas detection algorithm and temperature compensation function ensure correct operation over a wide range of ambient temperatures and immunity to false alarms. The device detects that a certain concentration level of narcotic gas in the room has been exceeded and triggers an alarm. With built-in buzzer and blue LED, the TCM DG-1 detector can work as a stand-alone detection/alarm device, but is also designed to work as part of the alarm system. Thanks to the self-diagnostic function, the state of the supply voltage and the correct performance of the gas sensor are constantly monitored, ensuring reliable operation of the detector.
