The ARCUS-EDS 22414104 KNX touch display, called Touch_it-AC4, is an ideal control and display device for home and industrial automation systems. This display features a 4.3-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and 16 million colors, ensuring a clear and detailed view.

Technical characteristics

The Touch_it-AC4 is equipped with an 8-core ARM processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz and operates with the Linux operating system. It has 8 GB of internal flash memory and 1 GB of RAM, ensuring efficient and stable performance.

Installation and Connectivity

The Touch_it-AC4 is designed to be wall-mounted with a very shallow installation depth of 10.5 mm. You can install it horizontally or vertically, depending on your needs. The device includes an integrated infrared temperature sensor and has an externally accessible USB port and SD card slot.

The connection is made via 2-pin KNX terminals (red and black) and 2-pin AUX terminals (yellow and white) inside the wall. The device is equipped with an integrated KNX bus coupler and requires an additional voltage of 9-32 VDC with a consumption of 2.5 W.

Operating Environment and Security

The Touch_it-AC4 operates in an ambient temperature range from -20°C to +55°C and can be stored in a range from -20°C to +70°C. The protection against dust and water infiltration is classified as IP20. The device complies with the electromagnetic compatibility standards EN 63044-5-1 and EN 63044-5-2, as well as the environmental standards EN 50491-2.

Other Features

The Touch_it-AC4 is made of black or silver aluminum and measures 128 x 80.5 x 10.5 mm. The backlight is adjustable and the display can be parameterized using ETS5®. Each GUI element can have more than 70 different functions.
