The Suntracer KNX-GPS light ELSNER 3094 is a complete and versatile weather station, designed to be integrated into KNX automation systems. This device is ideal for fixed installations and offers a wide range of features for monitoring weather conditions.

General Characteristics

The Suntracer KNX-GPS light is made of a plastic housing, available in white or translucent. Its size is 96mm x 77mm x 118mm and it weighs about 170 grams. The device can be mounted on the wall or on poles, thanks to the included stainless steel installation bands.

Environmental Classifications and Tolerances

The device has an IP44 protection class and can operate in an ambient temperature range from -30°C to +70°C. The overvoltage class is III and the degree of contamination is 2.

KNX Configuration and Communication

The Suntracer KNX-GPS light uses the TP1-256 medium and the S-Mode configuration mode. It supports up to 254 group addresses and 255 assignments. The power consumption is ≤ 5mA and the data recovery time after the bus voltage is resumed is about 5 seconds.

Feeding

The device is powered with a voltage of 20... 30V DC SELV, with a maximum current of 110mA at 24V DC. The connection is via push-in spring terminals with a conductor cross-section of 0.2 to 1.0 mm².
