SL-350QDP is an active infrared (AIR) barrier kit with a 100 meter range for outdoors, designed to create a perimeter alarm. The four-beam kit includes a channel selector (4 channels) to simplify the creation of column barriers by stacking the units and dual modulation for reliable signal transmission even when the system is exposed to strong sunlight or intense light sources. The SL-350QDP can also be connected to an IP network when used in combination with the PIE-1 IP/POE module. For installations in barrier towers we offer the SL-350QDP-BT, a model without a front cover which is not needed inside the tower.

Easy alignment tool

The precision of alignment between the transmitter and the receiver is crucial for optimizing the operation of the infrared barriers. To aid in proper optical alignment, the SL-350QDP's frame is colored bright yellow to be visible from a distance and includes a "viewfinder" consisting of a 2x telescopic lens for the beam. An audible indicator installed in the receiver validates the optical alignment accuracy. For fine tuning, the SL-QDP receiver features five LEDs to indicate the level of signal received from the transmitter, from poor to excellent.

Resistant to atmospheric agents

The SL-350QDP's IP65-rated enclosure is designed to meet dust and water protection requirements. The two front cover canopies are positioned over the upper and lower beam to prevent frost formation which could reduce signal strength. The case is made of UV-resistant polycarbonate, to avoid deterioration caused by ultraviolet rays and maintain good transparency over time for the photoelectric sensors. Furthermore, the barriers are equipped with a compensation circuit for interference from light sources, which differentiates the beam signal from other external light sources.
