The ARCUS-EDS 30532372 product, called SK30-THC-CO2-PB, is a climate control device integrated into the KNX network, designed to manage temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration in indoor environments.

Technical characteristics

This device is equipped with internal sensors for measuring temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration.

• Temperature: The temperature measurement range is from -20°C to +60°C, with an accuracy of ±0.3°C and a resolution of ±0.01°C.
• Humidity: The relative humidity measurement range is from 0% to 95%, with an accuracy of ± 3% R.h (20..80%) at +20°C, otherwise ± 5% R.h.
• CO2: The measurement range of CO2 concentration is from 0 to 2000 ppm.

Control functions

The device offers several control functions for heating and cooling applications, including:

• Setting setpoint temperatures for Comfort, Standby, Economy and Protection.
• Storage of minimum and maximum temperatures.
• Alarm for overheating and frost.
• Limits for temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration.
• Fan control based on humidity, CO2 limits and external inputs.
• Detection of the dew point temperature and alarm/adjustment at the risk of condensation.
• Adaptation for setpoint and maximum temperatures.
• 0... 100% controller output or programmable PWM for thermal actuators.
• Valve flushing function.
• Second temperature controller as an auxiliary controller.

Interface and Commands

The device is equipped with:

• Two front buttons to change the operating state (Comfort/Standby) and adjust the setpoint temperature in several steps.
• Two binary inputs/outputs (floating) configurable as outputs (LED/Beeper).
• Light control as a switch/button with short, long, double press and combined functions.
• Dimmer and control of curtains and dampers.
• Programmable encoder.
• Indication of the current status of the controller by means of an LED.

Logic and Signals

The device includes:

• Four logical blocks for the logical connection between internal and external signals.
• 10 associated logical inputs/outputs.
• Request for heating and cooling as additional signals available.
• “AND, OR, NOT, XOR” binary logic functions and “+ - *” arithmetic functions for 8-bit values.
• “=” function for conditional forwarding of events.
