ARCUS-EDS 30511372 SK30-TC-PB Dark Grey

The KNX ARCUS-EDS 30511372 temperature sensor, model SK30-TC-PB, is a specialized device for measuring and controlling indoor air temperature. Available in ultra dark grey, this sensor is designed to be mounted inside rooms.

Control functions

The SK30-TC-PB offers comprehensive control functions for heating and cooling applications, which can be combined. The functions include setting setpoint temperatures for Comfort, Standby, Economy and Protection, selectable via KNX HVAC objects.

Setting Temperatures

The setpoint temperatures can be changed using the buttons on the front or through KNX objects. The device also allows the storage of minimum and maximum temperatures and the activation of alarms for overheating and freezing.

Entries and Exits

The sensor has two binary (floating) inputs and outputs that can be configured as outputs for LEDs or acoustic signals. The two buttons on the front allow you to change the operating state (Comfort/Standby) and to increase or decrease the setpoint temperature in several steps.

Indicators and Signals

The current status of the temperature controller is indicated by LEDs. The slow pulse function indicates when the controller is active, and the depth of the button represents the deviation between the real temperature and the setpoint temperature.

Fan and Curtain Control

The device supports the control of the fans through external inputs and the adjustment of curtains and blinds. In addition, it offers light control functions such as a switch or button with short, long, double and combined press functions, as well as dimmer control.

Logic and Programming

The SK30-TC-PB includes four logic blocks for the logical connection between internal and external signals, with 10 associated logic inputs and outputs. Available logical functions include “AND, OR, NOT, XOR” for binary values and “+ - *” functions for 8-bit values, in addition to the “=” function for conditional event forwarding.
