ARCUS-EDS 30511041 SK10-TC-KTF1, 250mm

The KNX ARCUS-EDS 30511041 temperature sensor, called SK10-TC-KTF1, is designed to measure and control air temperature indoors and outdoors, as well as in humid places, thanks to its IP54/65 protection.

Key Features

This sensor uses a PT1000 sensor housed in a protective V4A tube with a diameter of 6 mm. The length of the sensor can vary from 50 to 400 mm, including the mounting flange.

Measurement Range and Accuracy

The sensor measurement range is between -30°C and +150°C, with a resolution of ±0.01°C and an accuracy of ±0.3°C plus the accuracy of the sensor itself.

Control functions

The SK10-TC-KTF1 offers control functions for heating and cooling applications, which can be combined. Setpoints are available for Comfort, Standby, Economy and Protection, which can be selected using KNX HVAC objects.

Fan and Valve Control

The sensor allows the control of the fans through external inputs and includes a valve cleaning function. In addition, a second controller can be configured as an auxiliary controller.

Logic and Signals

• Four logical blocks for the logical connection between internal and external signals.
• 10 associated logical inputs/outputs.
• Additional signals for heating and cooling requests.
• “AND, OR, NOT, XOR” binary logic functions and “+ - *” arithmetic functions for 8-bit values.
• “=” function for conditional forwarding of events.

Power supply and operating environment

The sensor operates with a KNX Bus supply voltage between 21 and 32 VDC, with a power consumption of about 240 mW at 24 VDC. The operating temperature of the KNX module is between -25°C and +80°C, while the storage temperature is between -25°C and +85°C. The tolerated ambient humidity is up to 100% non-condensing.
