ARCUS-EDS 30511005 Product Description

The product ARCUS-EDS 30511005, called SK10-TC-ALTF1, is a temperature sensor for climate control applications integrated into the KNX system. This device is designed to measure and control indoor air temperature, offering a series of sophisticated features to effectively manage heating and cooling systems.

Technical characteristics

The SK10-TC-ALTF1 sensor uses a PT1000 temperature sensor with a curved V4A flange and a 1.5 meter connection cable available in PVC or silicone versions.

• Temperature Range: -35°C to +105°C for the PVC version, -50°C to +180°C for the silicone version.
• Resolution: 0.02°C.
• Accuracy: Class B, ± (0.3°C + 0.005*T).
• Operating Voltage: KNX bus voltage from 21 to 32 VDC.
• Power Consumption: About 240 mW at 24 VDC.
• KNX Module Ambient Temperature: Operating: -25°C to +80°C, Storage: -25°C to +80°C.

• Valve Rinse Function: Function for flushing the valves.
• Second Temperature Controller as Auxiliary Controller: Additional control function.

Logic and Inputs/Outputs

The device includes four logic blocks for the logical connection between internal and external signals, with 10 associated logical inputs/outputs. Available logical functions include “AND, OR, NOT, XOR” for binary values and “+ - *” functions for 8-bit values, as well as the “=” function for conditional event forwarding.

Physical Characteristics

The KNX module has IP54/65 protection, a plastic housing with dimensions 72 x 64 x 40 mm and uses 2-pole KNX terminals (red/black).
