Secure IP router

The Ekinex® EK-IF1-SEC-TP IP router creates the bidirectional data connection between a PC or laptop and a KNX bus system via a LAN network. The IP interface supports the tunneling protocol and allows addressing, parameter setting, visualization, logging and diagnosis of KNX bus devices via ETS. The IP router also has the line/area coupler function integrated; using the device, telegrams can be exchanged between KNX TP bus lines via a backbone over TCP/IP. The device has an integrated KNX bus communication module and is designed for mounting on a 35 mm profile rail. Power is supplied via the KNX bus.
