Domotime's FTB180 outdoor photocell is a compact and economic solution for any installation. The transmitter can be powered or run on battery for about 4 years. The device is suitable for use to detect the presence of an object between a transmitter component and a receiver component that communicate thanks to infrared technology. The transmitter emits an infrared signal to the receiver component, the photocell then closes the contact when an obstacle is placed within the beam. The photocell has a range of 15 meters, and its degree of protection IP 55 allows it to be protected against water jets and dust.
