Key Features

This sensor integrates various functions for measuring temperature, humidity and CO2 levels.

Measurements

• Temperature: measured with a resolution of 0.02°C and an accuracy of ± 0.4°C (between 5°C and 60°C), and ± 0.8°C outside this range.
• Humidity: measured with a resolution of 0.02% r.v. and an accuracy of ± 3% r.v. (between 20% and 80% at 20°C), and ± 5% r.v. outside this range.
• CO2: measured with a range of 400 - 5000 ppm and an accuracy of ± (50ppm + 5% of the measured value).

Control Functionality

The sensor allows decentralized control of temperature, humidity and air quality.

• Room temperature regulation with heating and cooling functions.
• Ventilation regulation based on humidity and air quality.
• Calculated values for absolute humidity, dew point temperature and enthalpy.
• Setting comfort, stand-by, energy saving and safety temperatures selectable using KNX HVAC objects.
• Minimum and maximum temperature detection and alarm for extreme temperatures.
• Detection of the dew point temperature and alarm/control for the risk of condensation.

Interface and Connectivity

The sensor has:

• Four potentially free binary inputs/outputs.
• Four logical blocks for the logical connection of internal and external signals.
• KNX bus power supply with a voltage between 21 and 32 VDC and a consumption of about 240 mW at 24 VDC.
• KNX connection with two-pin connector (red/black).
• IP20 protection class and anodized aluminum body (dimensions 80 x 80 x 6 mm).

Operating Environment

The sensor is designed to work indoors with:

• Operating temperature: -25°C to +80°C.
• Operating humidity: 0% at 100% r.v. non-condensing.
