The Neo-THC-X sensor with article number 30531584, produced by Arcus-EDS, is a specialized device for measuring and controlling indoor air parameters, integrated into the KNX system.

Technical characteristics

• Temperature: The temperature is measured through a sensor integrated in the housing, with a flow rate of -25°C to +80°C, a resolution of 0.02°C and an accuracy of ± 0.4°C (between 5°C and 60°C) and ± 0.8°C outside this range.
• Humidity: The sensor measures relative humidity with a flow rate from 0% to 100% R.h., a resolution of 0.02% R.h. and an accuracy of ± 3% R.h. (between 20°C and 80°C) and ± 5% R.h. outside this range.
• Calculated Values: The sensor also calculates absolute humidity, dew temperature and enthalpy.

Control functions

• The Neo-THC-X sensor includes control functions for heating and cooling applications, which can be combined.
• It allows the setting of setpoint temperatures for Comfort, Standby, Economy and Protection, selectable via KNX HVAC objects.
• The setpoint can be changed using front buttons or KNX objects.
• Storage of minimum and maximum temperatures.
• Alarm for overheating and freezing.

• Fan control based on humidity limits and external inputs.

• Ambient Humidity: Ambient humidity can vary from 0% to 100% R.h., not condensing.

Housing and Installation

• The housing is made of anodized aluminum, available in square (80 x 80 x 6 mm) or round (Ø 84 x 6 mm) version.
