WEINZIERL 5322 Multi IO Extension Shutter 592

The WEINZIERL 5322, also known as Multi IO Extension Shutter 592, has been designed specifically for the control of curtains and windows. This device uses a double relay connected to a single output of a KNX Multi IO, such as the KNX TP Multi IO 570 or the KNX IP Multi IO 580.

Key Features

The directional control of the relay outputs is automatically managed by the KNX Multi IO through a specific interruption of the maintenance current. This mechanism ensures that the relay outputs are electromechanically locked against each other, preventing any motor defects.

• Housing: The device is mounted on a plastic DIN support, with a width of 1 module (18 mm) and a weight of approximately 50 g.
• Indicators and Zone: A green LED indicates direction. The device includes a 5x20mm, 6A glass fuse.
• Connectors: 2-pole screw terminals for 24 Vinput and 3-pole screw terminals for 230 Voutput.
• Input: Input voltage (signal) at 24 V.
• Output: 6 A fuse. Relay type: 250 V/ 6 A, bi-stable. The switching power can be significantly reduced depending on the type of load (capacitive or inductive).
