The VM651P moving plate kit provides additional protection for doors. When installed, it prevents the door from opening when the seismic detector is placed on the sleeping plate. In addition, it can be wired to prevent the system from being inserted when the detector is placed on the living plate, thus making it impossible to forget to close the door.
