Key Features

This button has a glass surface with touch-sensitive buttons, allowing you to control various functions in the KNX system, such as turning on and off lights, adjusting brightness, activating motors for curtains and blinds, and sending predefined values and scenarios.

Possible Configurations

Button configurable as a switch, selector, dimmer, curtain and blind control (position and blades up/down/stop), blind control (up/down/stop), awning control (in/out/stop), window control (closed/open/stop).
It can also be used as an 8 or 16 bit encoder or for calling up and storing scenarios.

Integrated sensors

The KNX eTR M1 button includes an integrated temperature sensor, which allows you to calculate mixed temperature values by combining internal sensor data with external sensor data received via bus.

Visual Feedback

Each touch area is equipped with a white LED, whose behavior can be customized to provide immediate visual feedback.

Connectivity and Power Supply

The device operates with a nominal voltage of 30 V SELV and has a maximum consumption of 10 mA. The connection is made through plug or spring-loaded KNX terminals, supporting solid and fine fiber conductors with specific cross sections.

KNX plug terminals: cross section 0.6... 0.8 mm², sheathing length 5 mm.
Spring-loaded terminals: cross section 0.2... 0.75 mm² for solid and fine fiber conductors, 0.25... 0.34 mm² for fine fiber conductors with ferrules, sheathing length 7... 9 mm.

Advanced Functionality

The button supports up to 183 group addresses and 183 assignments, with 44/55/73 communication objects. In addition, it includes AND and OR logic for connecting communication objects.
