Description

The EELECTRON BO12F01KNX device is a universal DIN actuator for the EIB/KNX protocol, designed to offer high versatility and flexibility within building automation applications.

Key Features

This actuator is mounted on a DIN rail and has 12 relay outputs, each of which can be individually configured to manage general loads, lighting, air conditioning systems and other devices.

Output Configurations

  • 12 outputs for controlling lights and loads
  • 6 channels for controlling shutters and blinds (configurable in pairs)
  • 6 channels for 3-way valve control
  • 3 2-tube fan coil actuators or 2 4-tube fan coil actuators

Control Functionality

The outputs can be combined to achieve special functions, such as the control of 4-tube fan coils with 3 speeds or the management of relay groups (up to 8) with logical interlock.

Inputs and Thermostat

The actuator includes 4 digital and analog inputs, allowing additional NTC temperature probes to be connected to obtain multiple temperature measurements. In addition, it is possible to enable up to 4 complete thermostatic modules.

Memorizing the Schedule

The BO12F01KNX-SD version includes a microSD card reader, which allows you to save the device's programming and restore it to an identical device, avoiding programming in the field or allowing a quick recovery in the event of a failure.

Integration with the KNX Protocol

The device is fully compatible with the KNX protocol and can be configured using the ETS (Engineering Tool Software) software, ensuring secure and reliable communication within the automation system.
