Material and Construction

The pliers are made of oil-hardened vanadium steel and have a polished steel head. The grips are insulated with multi-component grips, compliant with IEC 60900/DIN EN 60900 standards and VDE tested.

Crimping Profile Alignment

To obtain a crimping result that complies with the standard, it is essential that the crimping profile is carefully matched to the volume of the terminal sleeve material (ferrule) plus the cables.
