The KNIPEX 79 42 125 diagonal electronic cutter is a precision tool designed for ultra-fine cutting work, particularly suitable for electronics and precision mechanics.

This cutter measures 125 mm in length and weighs only 58 g, making it very compact and about 20% lighter than conventional electronic cutters.

The cutting edges are very precisely polished and sharpened, with very small bevels for exact cutting on delicate electronic components. They are also available without bevels for wire cuts.

The cutting edges are also induction-hardened, with a cutting edge hardness of approximately 64 HRC.

Mechanism and Handle

The joint is screwed with carefully machined joint surfaces for smooth, low-friction movement throughout the opening range.
