The KNIPEX 73 06 160 T compact diagonal cutter is a powerful, lightweight and universal tool, designed to offer high cutting performance with minimum effort.

Technical characteristics

Made of high-performance chrome-vanadium steel, forged and hardened in several phases, these diagonal cutters guarantee long life and resistance to the most severe working conditions.

Design and Construction

The cassette structure (box-joint design) ensures maximum stability with a low weight. The joint pin is supported on both sides, while the edges of the inner handle of the pliers are guided on both sides, reducing the load on the rivet.

Cutting performance

• Cut fine wires, multiple cables and piano wires (spring steel wire) with precision.
• Cut copper cables up to a diameter of 4.8 mm and hard wires up to 2.0 mm, such as fence wire and nails.
• Cut piano wires up to a diameter of 2.2 mm.
• Cutting capacity for multiple copper cables up to a diameter of 12 mm.

Comfort and Safety
