The KNIPEX 71 82 950 cement cutter is a professional tool designed to efficiently and precisely cut steel mesh and other resistant materials.

Key Features

This cutter is characterized by a cutting capacity of up to 48 HRC in hardness, thanks to robust cutting edges further hardened by induction, with a hardness of the cutting edges of about 62 HRC.

Construction and Materials

The cutter head is made with a very flat design, making it easy to access tight spaces. The joint is made of special tool steel, forged, while the blades are made of high-strength chrome-vanadium steel, forged and hardened in several phases with oil.

The handles are made of powder-coated steel tube and equipped with multi-component two-color anti-slip coatings.

Functionality

The cutter includes a forged stop with a comfortable shock absorber and allows precise adjustment in 12 positions using an eccentric bolt.

The optimal angle of the cutting edges and the transmission ratio guarantee high cutting performance with minimal effort.

The cutter head is fixed with bolts and can be replaced (spare part number 71 89 950).
