The KNIPEX 12 19 12 replacement blade set is designed specifically for the KNIPEX 12 12 12 insulation cutter. These blades are made of special oil-hardened tool steel, ensuring high durability and precision.

Technical characteristics

• Blade material: Special tool steel, oil-hardened.
• Application: Form-fit stripping of hard-to-remove insulating materials such as PTFE, silicone, Radox®, Kapton® and rubber; also for multi-layer insulation.
• Operation: Two pairs of blades cut the insulation around the entire circumference, while one of the pairs of blades keeps the cut insulation in place, allowing the other pair to remove it with a separating movement.
• Length stop: It allows obtaining repeatable and constant stripping results, even with insulating materials that are difficult to process.
