ASP-215 is an indoor siren with optical and acoustic signaling. It works as part of the ABAX 2 / ABAX two-way wireless system. The device complies with EN 50131 Grade 2 requirements.

The acoustic signal is generated by a piezoelectric transducer (3 tones to choose from) and the optical signal is provided by LED indicators. Both signals can be activated independently.

Configuration and firmware update can be performed remotely. Communication in the ABAX 2 system is encrypted with AES.

The device is characterized by low power consumption. It is powered by a 3V CR123A battery. Its status is constantly monitored. Furthermore, the “ECO” option (only in ABAX 2) extends the operating time of the device by up to four times.

The ASP-215 has tamper protection against opening and removal from the stand. Its casing is made of high impact polycarbonate, with very high mechanical resistance.
