Faro DT-AM Plus is Venitem's new dual-technology volumetric detector consisting of a Microwave (MW) section and a Passive Infrared (PIR) section. One of the main features of this high-tech human detector is the presence of selectable internal end-of-line resistors to create a double or triple balance directly from the internal board. This technology allows for more complex installations using up to 3 Faro DT-AM Plus presence sensors in the same environment. To obtain the maximum result from these installations, care must be taken to place the detectors at a distance of at least 6 meters from each other and at an angle of less than 70° so as not to cause mutual disturbances between the microwaves. In addition to this, this device, with reduced energy consumption, is equipped with the ECO function that allows the microwave to be automatically turned off when the room is occupied. In addition, it is possible to customize the detection mode, when the system is turned on, through the AND-OR function, which allows both microwave and infrared technology to be operated simultaneously or to exclude one of the two. Venitem knows that when it comes to protecting a home or room from intrusions, there are never too many precautions.
