ELSNER 71270 Fabro KNX Touch Panel

The Fabro KNX control and display panel, ELSNER code 71270, is designed to be used in harsh and outdoor environments, thanks to its sturdy aluminum structure that protects a 7-inch real glass display.

Key Features

This panel complies with the IP66 protection class, as certified by an independent institute, guaranteeing protection against access to hazardous parts and against solid foreign bodies according to DIN EN 60529/VDE 0470 Part 1:2014-09 IP6X, as well as protection against water ingress according to DIN EN 60529/VDE 0470 Part 1:2014-09 IPX6.

User Interface

The user interface is characterized by 8 areas on each side of the display, designed to be easily usable even in dirty and humid conditions. Each area can be used as a button or as a display, with more than 100 symbols available for customization. You can view values or colors associated with these symbols.

Data Transmission Functionality

The transmitted objects can vary from 1 bit (switching) to 14 bytes (texts). The panel offers up to 5 pages, thus providing up to 40 input and output options for the user.

Calculation and Logic Functionality

In the KNX application, there are 8 calculators for data conversion and 8 AND and OR logic gates each. In addition, it is possible to define up to 8 events in the alarm module.

Alarm Module

In the event of an alarm, the display displays a text, the display light blinks or an acoustic signal is activated.
