2N 9137424E Product Description

The 2N 9137424E external RFID reader is a secure RFID card reading device, designed to connect to a PC via a USB 2.0 interface. This reader is ideal for enrolling 125 kHz and 13.56 MHz RFID cards, as well as for Android devices that support NFC (HCE) starting with version 4.3, using the 2N® Mobile Key app.

Security and Management

The reader uses AES-128 encryption technology and ECDSA digital signatures to ensure high security. Credentials are managed through the 2N® PiCard Commander software, which allows you to create unique cryptographic keys for each site and to distribute the reading keys to connected 2N devices.

Card data, such as the card serial number (CSN) and PACs IDs of HID smart cards, are read and managed securely. The system is compatible with MIFARE® DESFire® EV2/EV3 cards and supports the management of multiple credentials according to different usage options.
