The EELECTRON PO71A71MT-SH device, part of the OL-U® KNX® series, is a high-precision humidifier designed for wall installation and designed to effectively manage temperature and humidity in different environments, including those in hotel rooms.

Key Features

This device integrates temperature and humidity sensors, ensuring a precise reading of the relative humidity of the environment and allowing the threshold control with hysteresis of humidification and dehumidification devices.

Thermostatic Control

The PO71A71MT-SH is equipped with two two-stage thermostats, each with an integrated PI controller for driving heating, cooling equipment, valves, 6-way valves and 2- and 4-pipe fan coils.

User Interface

The device has 4 mechanical keys (8 channels) for managing on/off commands, dimmers, shutters and blinds, or other programmable command and control functions. On the front side there is a capacitive bar with swipe function for implementing programmable KNX functions.

Visualization and Feedback

The device includes an LCD display with adjustable backlighting and a freely configurable RGB LED bar for displaying states or other quantities available on the KNX bus.

Logic and Programming

The PO71A71MT-SH has 32 logical blocks with which to create simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with conditional algebraic operators. You can use predefined algorithms such as proportional temperature and humidity controls or dew point calculation. The device also integrates the “Virtual Pocket Logic”.

Presence Detection

The presence detection solution can infer the presence of people in the room using one or more dedicated sensors, including a magnetic sensor installed on the door and connected to a digital input. The system also detects accidental presences and differentiates multiple behaviors.

Compatibility and Installation

The device is configurable through the ETS® application program and can communicate with the KNX Data Secure protocol. It is available in various colors and can be installed on boxes of 2 or 3 modules, complying with the main standards (Italian, German, English, Swiss).
