EELECTRON PO71A71MT-CH Product Description

The EELECTRON PO71A71MT-CH device belongs to the OL-U® KNX® series, designed for wall installation and intended to manage and monitor various aspects of the environment in an efficient and personalized way.

Key Features

This device integrates temperature and humidity sensors, allowing precise management of environmental conditions. It includes two two-stage thermostats, each equipped with an integrated PI controller, for the control of two distinct areas. These thermostats can be used to drive heating, cooling equipment, valves, 6-way valves, and 2- and 4-pipe fan coils.

Humidity sensor

The humidity sensor manages the reading of the relative humidity of the environment and allows the threshold control with hysteresis of humidification and dehumidification devices.

User Interface and Commands

The device is equipped with 4 mechanical keys (8 channels) for managing on/off commands, dimmers, shutters and blinds, or other programmable command and control functions. On the front side there is a capacitive bar with swipe function for implementing programmable KNX functions.

Visualization and Feedback

The RGB LED bar, freely configurable, allows the display of states or other quantities available on the KNX bus. The device also includes an LCD display with adjustable backlighting.

Logic and Programming

The device has 32 logical blocks for creating simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with conditional algebraic operators. You can use predefined algorithms such as proportional temperature and humidity controls or dew point calculation. In addition, it integrates the “Virtual Pocket Logic”.

Presence Detection

The presence detection solution can infer the presence of people in the room using one or more dedicated sensors. It also detects an accidental presence and is able to differentiate multiple behaviors, thanks to a magnetic sensor installed on the door and connected to a digital input.

Compatibility and Installation

The device is configurable through the ETS® application program and can communicate with the KNX Data Secure protocol. It is compatible with the main standards (Italian, German, English, Swiss) and can be installed on boxes of 2 or 3 modules.
