Sensors and Thermostats

The PO71A71FX-0032 integrates temperature and humidity sensors, allowing precise management of the environment. It has two two-stage thermostats, each with an integrated PI controller, for the control of two distinct areas. These thermostats are ideal for driving heating, cooling equipment, valves, 6-way valves, and 2- and 4-pipe fan coils.

Humidity Management

The humidity sensor manages the reading of the relative humidity of the environment and allows the threshold control with hysteresis of humidification and dehumidification devices.

User Interface

The device is equipped with an LCD display with adjustable backlighting and 4 mechanical keys (8 channels) for managing on/off commands, dimmers, shutters and blinds, or other programmable command and control functions. On the front side there is a capacitive bar with swipe function for implementing programmable KNX functions.

Visualization and Logic

A freely configurable RGB LED bar is available for displaying states or other quantities available on the KNX bus. The device has 32 logical blocks with which to create simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with conditional algebraic operators. You can use predefined algorithms such as proportional temperature and humidity controls or dew point calculation.

Virtual Pocket Logic and Presence Detection

The device integrates “Virtual Pocket Logic” and a presence detection solution that can infer the presence of people in the room using one or more dedicated sensors. It also detects an accidental presence and is able to differentiate multiple behaviors.

Compatibility and Installation

The PO71A71FX-0032 is configurable through the ETS® application program and can communicate with the KNX Data Secure protocol. It is compatible with the main standards (Italian, German, English, Swiss) and can be installed on boxes of 2 or 3 modules.
