The EELECTRON PO71A71FX-0030 device, belonging to the OL-U® KNX® series, is a complete and versatile environmental control system, designed for wall installation and compatible with the main standards (Italian, German, English, Swiss).

Key Features

This device integrates temperature and humidity sensors, ensuring precise management of environmental conditions. It has two two-stage thermostats, each equipped with an integrated PI controller, for the control of two distinct areas. These thermostats are able to drive heating, cooling equipment, valves, 6-way valves, and 2- and 4-pipe fan coils.

User Interface and Commands

On the front side of the device there is an LCD display with adjustable backlighting, which provides a clear display of environmental information. In addition, 4 mechanical keys (8 channels) are available for managing on/off commands, dimmers, shutters and blinds, or other programmable command and control functions.

On the front side there is also a capacitive bar with swipe function for implementing programmable KNX functions.

Visualization and Logic

The device includes a freely configurable RGB LED bar for displaying states or other quantities available on the KNX bus. In addition, it has 32 logical blocks that allow you to create simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with conditional algebraic operators. You can use predefined algorithms such as proportional temperature and humidity controls or dew point calculation.

Virtual Pocket Logic and Presence Detection

The device integrates “Virtual Pocket Logic” and a presence detection solution that can infer the presence of people in the room using one or more dedicated sensors. This function also detects accidental presences and differentiates multiple behaviors, making it ideal for applications in hotel rooms.

Configuration and Communication

The device is configurable through the ETS® application program and can communicate with the KNX Data Secure protocol, ensuring secure and reliable communication within the KNX network.

Installation and Compatibility

The OL-U® KNX® series is available in various colors and can be installed on boxes of 2 or 3 modules, ensuring easy integration with different system configurations.
