EELECTRON PO71A03MT-GO Product Description

The EELECTRON PO71A03MT-GO device is a specialized component for the control and management of environments in domestic and industrial automation systems based on the KNX protocol. This device, part of the OL-U® KNX® series, is designed for wall installation and offers a series of integrated features for temperature, humidity and presence control.

Sensors and Controls

The device is equipped with temperature and humidity sensors, which allow a precise reading of environmental conditions. It integrates two two-stage thermostats, each with an integrated PI controller, for controlling heating, cooling equipment, valves, 6-way valves and 2- and 4-pipe fan coils.

Function Management

• 4 mechanical keys (8 channels) for managing on/off commands, dimmers, shutters and blinds, or other programmable command and control functions.
• A capacitive bar with swipe function for implementing programmable KNX functions.
• A freely configurable RGB LED bar for displaying states or other quantities available on the KNX bus.

Logic and Programming

The device has 32 logical blocks for creating simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with conditional algebraic operators. You can use predefined algorithms such as proportional temperature and humidity controls or dew point calculation.

Integration and Compatibility

• Configurable through the ETS® application program and compatible with the KNX Data Secure protocol.
• Compatible with the main standards (Italian, German, English, Swiss).
• Can be installed on a 2 or 3 module box.

Specific Applications

The field of application includes the management of hotel rooms, where a magnetic sensor installed on the door and connected to a digital input manages accurate presence information. The presence detection solution can infer the presence of people in the room using one or more dedicated sensors and also detects an accidental presence, differentiating multiple behaviors.
