EELECTRON PD00E20KNX-3 KNX PRESENCE SENSOR WITH LIGHT CONTROL

The KNX WIDE RANGE device (PD00E20KNX-3) is an extended-range presence and motion sensor, designed for use in indoor environments where wide-range coverage is required.

Key Features

• The sensor uses 3 distinct sensing elements based on passive infrared technology, allowing a precise detection of presence and movement.
• It has 5 independently configurable channels, with different functions that can be activated such as presence with or without brightness control, and automatic or semi-automatic detection.
• It integrates a constant brightness control, independent or dependent on presence, with automatic or semi-automatic activation.

Control Functionality

• The device includes a rear connector with 2 digital inputs that can be connected to potential-free buttons or switches, which can be used for on/off controls, dimming, shutters or blinds, scenarios, sequences, step-by-step commands, etc.
• The second input can be configured as an analog for connecting NTC temperature probes (eelectron codes TS01A01ACC, TS01B01ACC, TS01D01ACC), allowing the temperature measurement to be sent to the bus or to manage a complete thermostat module.
• The thermostat manages 2 stages with integrated PI controller for controlling heating and cooling equipment, valves, 2- and 4-pipe fan coils, etc.

Logics and Configurations

• The device uses ETS parameterization to assign different behaviors to the different sensing elements.
• It has 12 logical blocks for creating simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with algebraic and conditional operators.
• It integrates the “Virtual Pocket Logic” and the logic called “Circadian Rhythm” to adjust brightness and color temperature according to predefined curves.

Visualization and Assembly

• The device includes an RGB LED bar on the front side for displaying states or other quantities available on the KNX bus.
• The glass covers are available in versions for RESIDENTIAL or HOTEL applications, with the possibility of backlighting personalized and interchangeable icons.
• Dimensions: 96 x 126 x 36 mm, with possible mounting in an English, German or Italian 3-module box.
• Power supply: EIB/KNX bus: 21 ÷ 32 Vdc.
