The EELECTRON BKT4FX-0724 device, part of the OL-U® KNX® series, is a high-precision humidifier designed for wall installation and designed to efficiently manage temperature and humidity control in different environments.

Key Features

This device integrates temperature and humidity sensors, ensuring a precise reading of environmental conditions. It includes two two-stage thermostats, each equipped with an integrated PI controller, allowing the control of heating, cooling equipment, valves, 6-way valves and 2- and 4-pipe fan coils.

Sensors and Control

The humidity sensor manages the reading of the relative humidity of the environment and allows the threshold control with hysteresis of humidification and dehumidification devices. Two-stage thermostats allow you to control two distinct areas with precision.

User Interface

The device is equipped with an LCD display with adjustable backlighting, ensuring optimal visibility in any light condition. There are 4 mechanical keys (8 channels) for managing on/off commands, dimmers, shutters and blinds, or other programmable command and control functions.

On the front side there is a capacitive bar with swipe function for implementing programmable KNX functions.

Configuration and Communication

The device can be configured through the ETS® application program and communicates with the KNX Data Secure protocol, ensuring secure and reliable communication within the KNX network.

Logic and Algorithms

The device has 32 logical blocks for creating simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with algebraic and conditional operators. You can use predefined algorithms such as proportional temperature and humidity controls or dew point calculation.

In addition, it integrates the “Virtual Pocket Logic” to manage complex control logics.

Presence and Behavior

The presence detection solution can infer the presence of people in the room using one or more dedicated sensors. The device also detects an accidental presence and differentiates multiple behaviors, making it ideal for applications in environments such as hotel rooms.

Installation and Compatibility

The device is available in various colors and can be installed on boxes of 2 or 3 modules, ensuring compatibility with the main standards (Italian, German, English, Swiss).

The OL-U® KNX® series includes Fenix key and plate finishes, offering an elegant and modern look.

RGB LED bar

A freely configurable RGB LED bar is available for displaying states or other quantities available on the KNX bus.
