The EELECTRON BK08MT-BR button set is part of the OL-U® KNX® Metal Edition series, designed for integration into domestic and industrial automation systems. This set includes 8 mechanical metal buttons, specifically in the bronze finish.

Key Features

The BK08MT-BR buttons are compatible with the SO08A01KNX-3M device, a KNX push-button panel for wall installation. Each button can be configured to manage on/off commands, dimmers, shutters and blinds, or other programmable command and control functions.

Configuration and Communication

The buttons can be configured through the ETS® application program and communicate with the KNX Data Secure protocol, ensuring high security and reliability in the management of automation systems.

Integration with the SO08A01KNX-3M Device

The SO08A01KNX-3M device, with which these buttons are compatible, integrates a two-stage thermostat for the control of two distinct areas, both with integrated PI controller for controlling heating, cooling, valves and fan coils. In addition, it has a capacitive bar with swipe function for implementing programmable KNX functions and a freely configurable RGB LED bar.

Logic and Presence

The device also supports “Virtual Pocket Logic”, useful in hotel room applications, where a magnetic sensor on the door and connected to a digital input manages accurate presence information. The presence detection solution can infer the presence of people in the room using one or more dedicated sensors and also detects accidental presences, differentiating multiple behaviors.

Availability and Installation

The BK08MT-BR buttons are available in bronze finish and can be installed on a 3-module push-button panel, compatible with the main installation standards (Italian, German, English, Swiss).
