The KNX OL-U® Fenix Edition button, code SO08A01KNX, is a versatile and highly configurable control device, designed for wall installation and compatible with the main international standards (Italian, German, English, Swiss).

Key Features

This KNX button is equipped with up to 8 mechanical keys, which can manage up to 16 channels for on/off commands, dimmers, shutters and blinds, or other programmable command and control functions.

Configuration and Communication

The device can be configured through the ETS® application and communicates using the KNX Data Secure protocol, ensuring secure and reliable communication within the KNX network.

Control functions

It integrates a two-stage thermostat for the control of two distinct areas, each with an integrated PI controller for controlling heating, cooling equipment, valves, 6-way valves and 2- and 4-pipe fan coils.

User Interface

On the front side there is a capacitive bar with swipe function for implementing programmable KNX functions. In addition, a freely configurable RGB LED bar is available for displaying states or other quantities available on the KNX bus.

Logic and Programming

The device has 32 logical blocks for creating simple expressions with logical or threshold operators, or complex expressions with algebraic and conditional operators. Predefined algorithms are also available for proportional temperature and humidity control or dew point calculation.

Virtual Pocket Logic

The “Virtual Pocket Logic” is a specific function for the application in hotel rooms. Using a magnetic sensor installed on the door and connected to a digital input, the device manages accurate presence information, detects accidental presences and differentiates multiple behaviors.
