RP512ECOB00A COB interface for connecting RISCO GSM to the RISCO hybrid control unit bus - GSM not supplied

The RP512ECOB00A module allows you to connect RISCO GSM (2G/3G and future LTE) to the RS485 bus of the LightSys™ 2 and ProSys™ Plus control units.

The cellular on bus (CoB) module allows the installation of a cellular communication module outside the control panel along the system BUS, supporting flexible positioning for an optimal signal level. The CoB is an interface board on which it is possible to connect RISCO GSM modules (2G/3G and future LTE). The GSM module - not supplied - must be plugged into the CoB module

Within 30m, it can be powered from the power plant and installed in the B5 container (RP128B50000A), protected with tamper opening and removal, or inside a LightSys polycarbonate box (RP432B).

Over 30m, local power is needed and can be stored in the LightSYS container (RP432BP1000A), protected with tamper removal.

To open the tamper, use the RP432TMPCOBA tamper kit (available soon).

It supports multi-socket communications, remote access via CS, connection to the RISCO Cloud, transmission to Security via Contact ID and SIA IP and the transmission of SMS and Email to Follow Me numbers (NO voice communication). It is compatible with LightSys from firmware version 5.92 and higher. ProSys PLUS from firmware version 1.2.1.17
