The CableMaster 500 is designed to test and measure the lengths of all common low-voltage cables found in today's network, video, or telephone systems. It also maps the positions of the ends of the cables by sending a tone on the cable that can be traced with a tone tracker or by blinking the LED located on the jack port. The CableMaster 500 has a large bright, backlit LCD display and backlit buttons for direct access to each function. The Remote unit located inside the main one makes it easy to perform wiring tests.
