HOOD C is the canopy for AOD-200 dual technology outdoor detectors and for all OPAL models. The visor protects the detector from precipitation (rain, snow) and external contamination (e.g. dust). This is particularly useful in OPAL series detectors as it significantly reduces the risk of disturbing the anti-masking function. HOOD C is made of high quality polycarbonate, which ensures high mechanical resistance. The two snap closures on the detector make assembly quick and easy.
