ELSNER 70811 Cala Touch KNX CH Room controller, white

<p/the ELSNER 70811 product, called Cala Touch KNX CH Room Controller, is a specialized device for environmental climate control integrated into the KNX bus system. This room controller measures various climate parameters and can receive external values via the KNX bus.

General Characteristics

The Cala Touch KNX CH has an elegant design with a housing made of glass, plastic and metal. The housing color is available in two variants: RAL 9010 (white) and RAL 9005 (black).

The display size is 2.3 inches (59 mm) with a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels. The dimensions of the device are 60 mm × 60 mm, with a mounting depth of at least 10 mm. The total weight is about 70 grams.

Operating Environment

The device is designed to operate in an ambient temperature range from 0 to +45°C and in a non-condensing relative humidity (RH) range from 5% to 95%. The storage temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C.

KNX Bus Features

The Cala Touch KNX CH uses the TP1-256 medium and works in S-Mode mode. It supports up to 2000 group addresses and 2000 assignments. The power consumption is ≤ 22mA with a nominal voltage of 30V DC SELV.

The connection to the KNX bus is via a connection terminal with a conductor diameter of 0.8 mm and a sheathing length of 5 mm. The data recovery time after the bus voltage resumes is about 5 seconds.
