The KNIPEX 71 31 200 CoBolt® bolt cutter is a professional tool designed to provide exceptional cutting performance with minimal effort. Made of high-strength chrome-vanadium steel, forged and hardened in several phases, this tool guarantees high durability and strength.

Technical characteristics

The cutting blades are induction hardened, with a blade hardness of about 64 HRC, allowing you to cut soft, hard and piano wires with ease.

Cutting performance

• Cut bolts, nails, rivets, etc. up to a diameter of 6 mm (soft material) and 5.2 mm (medium-hard material).
• It cuts hard wire up to a diameter of 4 mm and piano wire up to 3.6 mm.

Leverage mechanism

The efficient joint design and innovative linkage mechanism reduce the required effort by 60% compared to conventional high-link bolt cutters. The cutting force is about 20 times greater than the applied manual force.
