The KNIPEX 71 01 200 SB CoBolt® compact cutters are high-quality tools designed to meet the most stringent requirements when cutting various materials.

Mechanism and Performance

These cutters are equipped with a lever mechanism that guarantees an extremely favorable lever ratio with low friction, increasing the cutting force by 20 times compared to the applied manual force. This means that they require 60% less effort than conventional high-lever cutters.

Materials and Construction

CoBolt® cutters are made of chrome-vanadium steel, forged and hardened with oil. The cutting blades are induction-hardened with a hardness of approximately 64 HRC, ensuring exceptional durability and strength.

Handles and Ergonomics

The handles are PVC-coated, ergonomically designed to provide a comfortable and secure grip. This construction ensures prolonged use without fatigue.

The KNIPEX 71 01 200 SB are capable of cutting a variety of materials, including:

Additional Features

These cutters have a new micro-organized structure on the cutting blade, which prevents round objects from slipping during cutting, keeping them closer to the pivot point. In addition, they are equipped with a grip area under the joint for grabbing and pulling nails and wires larger than 0.04 inches in diameter.
