The BLUMOTIX BX-TU is an innovative KNX button interface designed to integrate thermostat, humidity control and dew temperature control functions in a single device.

Key Features

This module combines the functionality of a standard button interface with those of a thermostat and humidity control. The BX-TU does not have local adjustment controls and therefore requires a supervisory device, such as a Touch Panel or a smartphone with the Blumotix KRIM application, for setting and displaying operations.

Button Interface Features

The BX-TU inherits the button interface features of the BX-4XIO model, offering complete input management.

Thermostat functions

The module includes thermostat functions similar to those of the BX-TE model, allowing a precise regulation of the ambient temperature. The digital solid-state temperature probe can measure temperatures between -40 °C and 125 °C without the need for calibration.

Humidity and Dew Temperature Control

The BX-TU is equipped with a humidity probe that measures relative humidity between 0% and 100%. This version is also capable of measuring dew temperature. The device manages 4 humidity thresholds and 4 dew temperature thresholds, each with a relative alarm.

Measurements and Installation

The module has small dimensions and can be installed on the back of the traditional civil series hole covers, suitably drilled to allow a correct measurement of the ambient temperature.
