However, it's important to note that PoE+ power can only activate a low power mode for the basic configuration, and is therefore not recommended for continuous use. For full functionality, we recommend using an external power supply or a dedicated PoE+ power supply and restarting the device.

Combined power supply

The 2N IP Style device can also be powered simultaneously from an external power source and PoE+, offering a maximum power of 48 W (with an external 12V/4A DC power supply) or 36 W (with an external 12V/3A DC supply) to power the main unit and the connected modules.
